The floor leader is elected at a General Assembly Meeting,and as the head of the party's negotiation body is entrusted
with the highest responsibility and authority regarding the operation of the National Assembly.
The term of office is one year.

Rep. KIM Gi Hyeon
The chairperson of the committee is elected at the General Assembly Meeting as a running mate to the floor leader. He presides at committee meetings, consults and coordinates the party policies. The term of office is one year.

Secretary-General oversees, under the direction of the Chairperson of the Supreme Council, organization and management of the party, fiscal matters, administrative support, personnel appointments, and operation of city and provincial parties.
Rep. KIM Jong-hoon
Chairperson of the International Relations Committee represents the party’s International Committee and appointed by the Chairperson of the Supreme Council. The International Committee Chairperson strengthens the party’s capacity for international exchanges and drives collaboration projects with overseas Korean groups.
