	February 25	Inauguration of the 18th President of Korea The Launch of Park Geun-hye Administration
	December 19 April 11 February 13 February 2	The 18th Presidential Election Ms. Park Geun-hye was elected as new president of Korea. The 19th General Election Saenuri party won 152 of the 300 seats (50.7% of the total seats). The Launch of Saenuri Party (GNP changes name to Saenuri Party) Merger between the Grand National Party and the Future Hope Alliance.
	December 19 April 9	The appointment of Ms. Park Geun Hye as Chairperson of Emergency Committee. The 12th Party Convention. Mr. Hong, Joon-pyo was elected as chairperson of the GNP’s Supreme Council.
	July 14 June 10 June 2	The 11th Party Convention. Mr. Ahn, Sang-soo was elected as chairperson of the GNP’s Supreme Council. The launch of Emergency Committee and GNP appointed Floor Leader Kim Moo-sung as Acting Party Chairperson. The 2010 Local Elections. GNP won 6(of 16) Head of Metropolitan Government & 82(of 192) Head of Local Government.

	April 10 August 31	The 1st Party Convention. Mr. Cho Soon was elected as the new president and Mr. Lee Hoi Chang was named as an honorary president. The 2nd Party Convention. Mr. Lee Hoi Chang was elected as the new president of the Party.
